Custom made polyurethanes 

We develop casting resins specifically for our customers. Our thermosetting polyurethanes, like our Gyftane® systems, cast at room temperature. We can also modify our existing formulas to adapt them to your needs.

Over the years, we have developed over a hundred formulations with multiple properties. Our casting resins are:

  • Compliant with REACH and RoHS industry standards.
  • Available in various hardness levels (Shore A and D – alternatives to foams, silicones, rubbers, epoxies, etc.).
  • Available in a wide range of standard or custom colors.

Our team will guide you toward solutions tailored to your needs. We assist you in choosing the right resin for your casting project. Based at our Granby facility, our team provide technical support and are at your disposal to answer your questions.
